Your peace of mind is our absolute priority. Every Senyda piece is masterfully crafted to last a lifetime, backed by a comprehensive warranty that ensures your wearable remains flawless.

1. Material authenticity guarantee: We unconditionally guarantee the purity of our metals. From our 925 sterling silver to our 10K, 14K, and 18K solid gold, each piece is certified authentic and crafted to retain its enduring glow.

2. Complimentary lifetime cleaning: To preserve the brilliant luster of your jewelry, Senyda offers lifetime complimentary cleaning and inspection services at our atelier.

3. Resizing: Within 60 days, we also offer one complimentary resizing for our standard ring styles with free shipping both ways. Outside of the 60-day complimentary resize period, rings can be resized for a fee when within the jeweler’s recommended sizing range. Noted that this only applies to resizable rings.

4. Craftsmanship warranty:
Senyda offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all Senyda fine jewelry. If your item becomes damaged, you can send it back, and we will have it repaired. If a warranty issue is found, Senyda will repair the warrantied damage or replace the item without charge.

All fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft.

Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry. Repairs that are not covered under the lifetime warranty will have a price quoted to the customer for approval before work is performed.
