Senyda's products are exempt from taxes altogether. But customs processing and import duties are the customer's responsibility, depending on the specific country's situation. Please check with your local customs office for information.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

To ensure your bespoke jewelry arrives in flawless condition, our delivery window is divided into two transparent phases:

Processing & artistry time: 2 – 4 business days. Each piece undergoes a rigorous quality check and finishing process in our master atelier.

Express transit time: 5 – 7 business days. All international orders are expedited via our premium global courier partners, DHL and FedEx, complete with end-to-end tracking. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
