RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Our return window

In case an item is damaged because of the way it was made or transport, an exchange will be made free of charge.

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us within 3 days of receipt to register your return and print your return shipping label. In this situation, please bear the shipping fee for the return.

2. Custom & personalized creations

Please note that customized or personalized creations are exclusively crafted to your unique specifications, making them structural masterworks created solely for you.
Consequently, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom designs unless the item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect.

3. Return requirements & quality assurance

All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality-assurance inspection process before they are accepted. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet the above return requirements, as determined.

The item must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition with no signs of wear or damage. All original packaging, accessories, warranty/authenticity cards, and any complimentary promotional items must be included.

4. How to return your order

Pack securely: Place the items you wish to return with the completed receipt in the original packaging with all accessories, warranty/authenticity card, and any free items sent as part of the order.

Attach the label: Place everything in a shipping box and ensure the box is securely closed before attaching the shipping label.
Ship: Deliver the package to your nearest UPS location.
Refund processing: Once your return is received, we will refund you in the method you used to pay.
