Every international order departing our master atelier is fully insured and meticulously registered at its maximum value, ensuring your investment is completely protected from our doorstep to yours.
1. Our total protection guarantee
To help us expedite your claim, please report any visible transit damage or non-delivery to our concierge team at support@senydajewelry.com within 5 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date shown on your tracking link).
2. Destination & address requirements
To guarantee the secure arrival of your wearable legacy and comply with strict international insurance regulations, we implement the following safety standards:
- Physical addresses only: We require all deliveries to be made to a verifiable physical residential or business address. Consequently, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
- No post-dispatch rerouting: For your security, once a shipment has departed our facility, we are unable to alter or reroute the shipping address. Please review your address details thoroughly at checkout.
International shipments can be processed online. Customs processes and import duties are the customer's responsibility; please check with your local customs office for information.
3. Delays beyond our control
While we guarantee the safety of your package, Senyda cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by extreme weather conditions, carrier-specific disruptions, or customs clearance delays at the destination country. Shipping fees (where applicable for special requests) are non-refundable.
